This is program was the foundation of Alex Bogusky’s (CP+B) presentation at SXSW. He claims that this is the next place that he is sticking his nose. I like the concept, but why do we feel that we need to give people bikes to use in order to lower the number of cars on the roads? Is it really that foreign of concept for individuals to own and care for their own bike? Don’t we need to make cities more bike friendly first? How am I going to get to the bike in the first place? How does this fix the problem of the number of cars hitting the road in China? That is where the biggest impact needs to be made before it gets out of hand.
